Subject: REALLY bad week, please help!

What you describe is the typical benzo Two Step...a few forward and a few back!

Even people with quite a bit of time off are perplexed how it can all come back

on them. As I have discussed in great detail, nerves and brain tissue heal in

cycles and not a straight line like other body tissues.

As far as your symptoms go, yes many, many here have had your exact symptoms.

We are each genetically different and benzos alter brain function according to

our genetic predispositions. No two withdrawals are ever alike but the general

symptoms are well known.

I know you hurt, we all have and many are right there with you. Hold on to the

truth that absolutely everyone heals, we all get out of pain and we all have a

better life ahead and you wont have the daily damage being done to your body by

a noxious chemical.
