Hi XXXXXX,

I lost almost 20 pounds during the first few weeks of withdrawals.

Eating was a real chore, and I suppose my metabolism was in overdrive.

Things stabilized, and as the worst of the symptoms pasted, I began to get

incredible cravings for food. Often the worst foods! There were times when

the hunger came on very quickly and I felt as though my blood sugar was

extremely low. I sort of wish I would have had it checked just to see if it

was off. My diet was rather poor. I consumed a substantial amount of sugar

and the withdrawal was light enough for me to tolerate it. I pretty much

gave into the cravings and welcomed the comfort the food brought me, of

course the fat didn't please me at all.

Once the withdrawal was minimal I was able to eat very well. As a

matter of fact, I was able to eat very lightly with less hunger than I had

ever experienced. Through plenty of exercise and the continued diet I lost

every bit of the Benzo Belly and then some. It just takes patience to get to

the point where the symptoms don't control your eating habits, and hinder

your ability to exercise.

Take care,

Pete
