Now that I've gotten the calcium issue out of my system, I've one other suggestion. I know all of us have very dry skin. The addiction doc had a suggestion: an item called Eucerin.

I'm going to look for it. I don't know where you can find it in your area but he tells me it works and makes our skin more livable. Hope this helps some of you.
