I tapered off Baclofen and Ativan......in addition to that, I had a major

back surgery, followed by a hip replacement. I feel like the headpin in an

ABC league. The surgeries, plus the effects of the benzos and then pain

meds, totally drained me. I've been desperate to get any energy

back.......in reading the book 'From Fatigued to Fantastic' I found the

suggestion to try creatine monohydrate...and I've been using it. IT IS

HELPING!!! I'm also eating a very good diet...lots of vegetables......and

swimming every day. Slowly I'm starting to get some energy back.
