Subject: Vitamin E and joint pain

Yes. Exactly what I am referring to. I have a neat trick for that. Buy some vitamin E capsules. Pierce the capsule and rub it directly on the joint. The redness and irritation almost instantly subsides, as well as the pain. It is the best thing I have found. I still get a very slight amount of soreness in my toes and knees. It is nothing compared with what it used to be, though. This too will get better with time. Also, for the tightness in the throat and jaw, take the vitamin E and pierce the capsule, and swish the vitamin E in your mouth. Then, swallow it. It soothes the tightness. Hope this helps!
