Subject: Wow we must be LOW !

Hi Guys!

A friend made me promise to post this to the entire group as she was

persuaded all should read this. This article was taken off a vitamin

site that sells the "B Food" my Chiropractor put me on. This is an

all food source for the B complex we all need. And NO I am not

selling this product!! LOL

Frank......thankyou for the wonderful post earlier pretaining to

vital nutrients we need! It was GREAT!

Love and Healing,

Ruth :-)

CHRONIC FATIGUE/exhaustion has become an "epidemic" problem in this

day and age of devitalized, refined foods diets and high stress,

leaving many doctors baffled as to the cause and remedy. However,

clinical nutritionists and biochemical researchers familiar with the

effects of VITAMIN B COMPLEX DEFICIENCIES may recognize a possible

relationship between chronic fatigue and a lack of the vitamin B

complex at the cellular level. The vitamin B complex contained within

whole foods and whole food concentrate supplements supply nutrients

that are not to be found in vitamin supplements or medications used

in an effort to eradicate symptoms. Doctors are using B FOOD COMPLEX

from NutriPlex Formulas, Inc..

Following is a list of problems which may point to a need for vitamin

B complex whole food supplementation (Please note that fractionated

and synthetic sources of B vitamins fail to assist biochemical and

physiological restoration where whole food complex sources are REAL

nutrients):

• severe depression • weakness and fatigue • unusual fatigue •

instability

• indigestion (hypochlorhydria) • forgetfulness • constipation or

diarrhea • stomach pains • vague fears • decreased or increased

appetite • craving for sweets • uneasiness to panic • palpitations •

neuralgia to neuritis • abnormal/vague fears • irregular heartbeat,

slow pulse or fast pulse

• muscular soreness, pain, tingling or achiness • mood swings

• tingling and/or numbness in hands, feet, fingers, toes • morbid

thoughts

• hostility loss of ability to concentrate • impaired intellect

•ª loss of memory • nervousness • menstrual complaints (female) •

cold hands and feet • soreness of the mouth • dermatitis (dry/greasy

skin) • facial oiliness • acne • craving for sweets • lightheadedness

to dizziness • suspicions • flights of ideas • heightened sensitivity

to touch and/or to pain • burning or itching eyes • apprehension •

constant feeling "something dreadful is going to happen" • difficulty

swallowing • sore throat • apprehension • hypochondria

• restlessness • rage • hostility • depression • headaches • pain in

chest • insomnia or sleep disturbances • anxiety • mental confusion •

noise sensitivity

• inability to handle stress • acoustic hallucinations (hearing

voices, etc.)

Any or all of these symptoms may be apparent (subclinical) even

before physical signs of B complex deficiency become evident or

before laboratory tests point to the problem
